"Danielle worked with my 12 year old daughter recently. She had gone through a performance pressure fueled traumatic event that was impacting her potential future as a dancer due to the mental impact it had on her. Without saying, this was complicated by the age, maturity and peer pressures of middle school.  Danielle’s experience as a mother of competitive sports and middle/high school kids enabled her to understand with empathy (not sympathy!!!) allowed her show our daughter how to meditate (appropriately for a child), do breath work and yoga to center her heart and mind so that she could begin on her path to healing and moving forward. The ancillary affects of calmness prior/during/after a strenuous set has assisted her breathing and focus (win win) I’m happy to say that things are improving and she is back on track with her dancing.  Kids are more aware of their feelings, but young teens are struggling with coping mechanisms, and I am sure Danielle had a big impact on the  mental health aspect of this journey and continued seasons in her future".
